Question 1

Is Liru really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and includes 5 projects with the client portal, cost estimates, briefs, quizzes, moodboards, presentations and the extension. You only pay when you need more projects or Pro features.

Question 2

Can I change plan mid-cycle?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can change your plan at any time. When you upgrade, the higher limits and features unlock right away. When you downgrade, the new limits take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Question 3

What happens after the 30 days of Pro?

Accepted Answer

You stay on the Free plan: 5 projects, the client portal and the whole workflow, with no time limit. Only the Pro features switch off. We don't ask for a card, so nothing turns into a paid subscription.

Question 4

Can I use my own client-portal domain?

Accepted Answer

At launch, the client portal runs on a secure Liru link. Every plan lets you upload your own logo to the portal. On the Pro and Studio plans you can remove the “Powered by Liru” badge.

Question 5

What counts toward the project limit?

Accepted Answer

On the Free plan every project on the account counts, archived and completed ones too – except the sample project. Pro and Studio have unlimited projects.

Question 6

Will I get an invoice?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We issue invoices for companies and design studios.

Question 7

What currencies are supported?

Accepted Answer

Liru supports working in multiple currencies, including PLN, EUR, USD and GBP. You can add products from Polish and international stores and run your project budget in the currency you choose.

Question 8

What happens if I downgrade?

Accepted Answer

You don't lose data. On Free, projects above the limit keep working, but you can't add another one, and Pro features such as public links and your own templates switch off until you're back on Pro.

Question 9

Can I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access to your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
