Functional Layout

The functional layout is a tool for working with floor plans and room layouts. Available from the project dashboard tiles. It's built into the presentation system and uses the same builder – with sections tailored for floor plans.

Layout sections

Cover – title page
Floor plan – plan with zone markings, colors, and labels
Image + text – description with illustration
Text – descriptive section

Features

Multi-floor – separate plans for each floor (Basement, Ground Floor, Floor 1…)
Zones – mark zones on the plan with colors and labels
Comments – pins on the plan with comments at specific locations (x, y)
Approval – client accepts the layout with a signature

How it works

1.Go to the functional layout from the project dashboard
2.Liru opens the builder with sections tailored for floor plans
3.Upload a floor plan and add zone markings
4.Add descriptive sections and illustrations
5.Send the link to the client for approval

Versioning

Functional layouts support versioning – compare layout variants and preserve change history.
