Client Portal

The client portal is where your client sees the entire project – without creating an account.

Portal setup

The portal is configured in project settings, in dedicated tabs:

"Client Panel" tab:

1.Enter the client's email
2.Choose portal language (Polish / English)
3.Activate portal – the client receives an invitation link

"Customize Client Panel" tab:

Accent color – choose from 8 presets or set a custom color
Theme – light or dark
Cover – image in 16:9 format (optional, defaults to project cover)
Studio logo – your logo displayed in the portal
Live preview – phone mockup showing how the portal looks to the client

What the client sees

Dashboard – project overview, quick links to materials
Briefs – fill in project surveys
Style Quiz – discover aesthetic preferences
Moodboards – browse and comment on inspirations
Presentations – approve products and visualizations
Functional Layout – comment on and approve floor plans
Cost Estimate – browse the budget
Wishlist – browse product lists
LiruSwipe – vote on products

Sharing materials

From the portal tab you see a list of all shared materials (presentations, briefs, moodboards, quizzes, layouts, cost estimates, swipe decks) and can revoke sharing for each.

Portal security

Access via unique token link
Session expires after 7 days
Designer can deactivate the portal at any time
Client has no access to other projects' data
