Concept Presentation

Concept Presentation

Concept Presentation is the main tool for presenting proposals to your client. Available from the project sidebar and dashboard tiles.

Presentation types

  1. 1.Interior presentation – visualizations for client approval
  2. 2.Product presentation – furniture and furnishing showcase with pins and variants
  3. 3.Concept presentation (functional layout) – floor plans with annotations (see: Functional Layout)

Presentation builder

A modern template-based editor in 16:9 format:

  • Template sections – choose from predefined layouts and quickly assemble a presentation
  • Section categories: Cover, Image + text, Gallery, Freespace, Text, Products (product grid with prices and suppliers – product presentations only)
  • Drag & drop – drag sections to reorder
  • Product pins – mark products on visualizations
  • Variants – show alternatives for each product

Approval workflow

  1. 1.Designer creates the presentation in the builder
  2. 2.Generates a link and sends it to the client
  3. 3.Client browses the presentation
  4. 4.Client approves or rejects individual products/visualizations
  5. 5.Client adds comments and ratings
  6. 6.Designer sees results and adjusts the proposal

  • Fonts (DM Sans, Outfit, Manrope, Space Grotesk)
  • Studio logo and details
  • Cover image

Versioning

Presentations support versioning – create new versions while preserving the full history of changes and approvals.
