How to use Concept Presentations

Open your project and click Concept Presentation in the left sidebar. Click New Presentation to create one. You can start from a template designed for common presentation formats -- room-by-room walkthroughs, product comparison boards, material selection decks -- or begin with a blank canvas. The presentation editor uses a block-based system. You build your presentation by adding and arranging different block types: image blocks for renders and photos, product blocks that link to real sourced products with live pricing, text blocks for your design rationale and narrative, and option blocks that present A/B or multiple-choice selections to the client. Each block is draggable -- reorder them freely within sections. You organize the presentation into named sections (for example, one per room or one per design concept), each with its own heading and description. Product blocks are the core of interactive presentations. When you add a product block, it pulls data from products already in your project -- name, image, price, source URL, and category. You can present two or more product options side by side and let the client choose their preferred one. Each option shows the price impact, so the client understands budget implications as they decide. When your presentation is complete, click Publish and optionally set an expiry date for time-sensitive decisions. The presentation appears in the client portal immediately. Your client opens it, scrolls through sections, and interacts with each block: they can approve individual elements with a single click, leave comments on anything they have questions about, and make selections from option blocks. Every approval and selection is recorded with a timestamp. Back in your dashboard, you see a live feed of client decisions. Approved products are automatically reflected in the project budget. Selected options replace alternatives. Comments appear inline so you can respond or adjust. If the expiry date passes, the presentation locks into view-only mode, preserving all decisions made up to that point. You can duplicate a presentation, make revisions, and publish a new version while keeping the history of previous rounds intact.
