Terms of Service

1. Service description

Liru is a project management platform for interior designers. The service includes project management tools, client portals, style discovery features, budget tracking, and product sourcing tools.

2. Account eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of all content you create on the platform – projects, presentations, images, and client data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Liru for legitimate interior design project management. You may not use the platform for illegal activities, spam, or to store content that violates applicable laws.

5. Early access

During the early access period, the platform is provided free of charge. Features may change, and we may introduce paid plans in the future. Early access users will receive advance notice of any pricing changes.

6. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime or data loss, though we take reasonable precautions including regular backups.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
