Concept Presentations

Overview

Concept presentations in Liru are interactive – clients review them in their portal and make decisions directly. Every approval, comment, and selection is captured automatically.

Creating a presentation

1. Go to your project and click "New Presentation"

2. Choose a layout template or start blank

3. Add content blocks:

**Image blocks** – room renders, inspiration photos

**Product blocks** – linked to sourced products with prices

**Text blocks** – design rationale and descriptions

**Option blocks** – A/B choices for client decisions

The block editor

The presentation editor uses a block-based system. Drag and drop blocks to arrange your layout. Each block can be:

• Full width or half width

• Linked to a specific room

• Set as "requires decision" or "informational"

Sharing with clients

When your presentation is ready:

1. Click "Publish"

2. Set an expiry date (optional)

3. The presentation appears in your client's portal

Clients open the portal, navigate to the presentation, and:

• View each section

• Approve or request changes on individual elements

• Select preferred options in A/B blocks

• Leave comments

Tracking decisions

The dashboard shows:

• How many elements have been reviewed

• Which decisions are pending

• Client comments and selections

• Budget impact of approved items

Tips

• Break presentations into digestible sections – one room or one concept per section

• Always include budget context with product selections

• Set review deadlines to keep projects moving
